We charge a “contingency fee” for our services, which can often be as low as 20% of the amount you receive. The percentage we charge is based on the complexity and severity of your claim, and whether or not it becomes necessary to file a lawsuit on your behalf.
Our goal is to keep attorney’s fees fair and reasonable. We understand that when your attorney takes an inflated percentage of your settlement, it puts less money in your pocket at the end of the day.
Our guiding philosophy is that the client was injured, not the attorney. At the end of the day, the attorney should receive a fair share for services rendered – nothing more.
Since our fee is a percentage of what you get, if you get nothing then we get no fee. This helps you avoid having to pay costly attorney’s fees out your own pocket. It also makes us “share the risk” with you, and gives us incentive to get you the highest amount possible for your claim.
